Villa Selvatico da Porto and its territory
Villa Selvatico da Porto is a historical architectural jewel located in the heart of the Veneto region, in the north-east of Italy. A Venetian Villa dating back to the 16th century, located between Padua and Venice in an area of ancient civilization, in which the signs of Roman centuriation are still recognizable today. However, Villa Selvatico is much more than a simple historic residence: it has in fact, since ancient times, been the center of a flourishing farm and since 1997 home to an agritourism that offers accommodation to tourists from all over the world to discover the beauties of the Veneto region.
Today Villa Selvatico also wants to become a dynamic and inclusive cultural project.
In addition to being open to guided tours and special events that celebrate its historical legacy, the villa aims to present itself as a venue for conferences and workshops, concerts and theatrical performances, cultural or recreational meetings, thus offering itself as a meeting point for local activities .
